Me too I have been a shearer for over 20 years and I hold Hydration and sodium loss to the highest measure.
Through my journey in becoming one of Australia’s official fastest Merino shearers, shearing 454 Merino Ewes in a world record attempt in 2019 I came across a process where I could precisely calculate my sweat loss and combat all of the above symptoms so that I could perform consistently day in and day out.
“Are you a heavy sweater or a light sweater?” This is largely genetically determined if you lose high or low levels of Sodium in our sweat loss.
Once I had my sweat tested it was a game changer for my performance and for my thinking and concentration which has led to waking up every day with more energy more focus which allowed myself to be a better communicator and able to build better relationships in all ares of my life with jump up to the next level of my physical performance day in day out.

Josh Clayton was born and bred in and for the Country! Spending his entire life in the country Josh Clayton is no stranger to the Highs and lows that is faced by Regional Australians!
I was raised in a small country village near Bathurst N.S.W and spent my days learning the ropes of farming, The art of shearing and the never-ending days of hard work on my grandparents properties. This led me to find my passion of Shearing which I did professionally and successfully for the last 22 years. Shearing was very kind to me. I have a lot to owe to the nature of consistent Hard Work, commitment and following my dreams! I have shorn across this great country. I have competed on the world’s biggest stage in Shearing (World Record tally shearing) representing my Family and this Great country! Through the journey of finding my peak performance and striving for my true potential I learnt a lot of lessons and asked a lot of questions. This has led me down the avenue of human performance.
Applying education learnt and following tailored Training programs i have found to be the best forms of learning and evolving up to the next level!
